Nouns DAO life is crazy. You can absolutely crush and do exactly what they ask and then come back and there is an entirely different sentiment. The DAO will ask for something that can normally take years to achieve to be done quickly, balking at the time and cost of greatness, and then second guess the long term strategy and ask to revert to previous strategies that they asked to pivot away from. They will ask proposers to constantly prove themselves while moving the goal posts and questioning everything, including their motives in public square. People with varying levels of experience and knowledge offer insight and critique on fields they don’t deeply know. Thank you to everyone who participates and experiments here. We’re leaving such a valuable data set for future builders. …as I always say, love it or hate it, Nouns keeps it interesting… special thanks to @goldy for pushing hard on the edges and providing creative excellence of the highest order (like all of these amazing memes)

Yeah I agree this is a big issue. How would you solve? Closest thing I can think of is like different committees with nouners who are experts in a particular area, and then nouns only vote on committee members and budget
