Getting a hold of an nft holder when they don't have their twitter link on mplace profile. e.g negotiating an NFT purchase when bids are being ignored or nudging someone to check blockscan chat

It's a temporary solution until wallet notifs get better - ideally wallet apps would notify users when they receive messages through blockscan (I think rainbow are working on this!)
