This is sushi, but not high-class. it's natto sushi. It's from a restaurant that was the first in Japan to serve natto rolls, and the pieces were bigger and more satisfying than I expected, and it was very well-made. ⚡ ⚡ Do you eat natto? I'll confess that I also initially thought of natto when I heard the name of a friend I often talk to here: @nattc.eth

🙏 🙏 😅 Natto, kimchi, and yogurt are healthy fermented foods that are often eaten for breakfast! If you stay at a hotel in Japan, there's a good chance that they will be provided for you in the morning!😇
