Anyone loves yukke? ⚡️ I am 😆 This is Yukke (dressed chopped raw meat) served in Thailand. The only difference from Japan is that it is decorated with green apple, which's refreshing and enhances the meat. While Japan is serving with bean sprouts? But, as I recall, it was green apple mixed with meat already.

I love French style steak tartare 🙃🙌 very similar but with herbs , capers, parsley etc

I once saw Steak tartare in youtube. And it looked really good. I have to try it whenever I had a chance.

It depends on the ingredients! Make sure you have it in the best restaurant cause you don’t want to eat bad raw meat 🥹
