タイ料理でカオマンガイと悩んでバタフライピーで炊いたご飯のカオヤムを。 野菜や焼きサバなどを合わせて混ぜて食べる料理ですが、とてもカラフル。バタピーはライムを絞ると青→紫に変化しますが、飲料と比べると劇的ではありませんでした。全体的にとても見た目で満足できる一品でした🐘。8/10 อร่อยมากๆ🙏 I went out for Thai food and tried khao yam made with rice cooked in butterfly pea flower. It’s a dish where you mix rice with vegetables and grilled mackerel, and it was so colorful! The butterfly pea flower rice changed from blue to purple when I squeezed lime over it, though the color shift wasn’t as dramatic as it is in drinks. Still, it was such a visually satisfying dish. 8/10 @nattc.eth approved!

Oh wow, Eiteensan! This looks awesome like a combination of Thai and Japanese cuisine. Butterfly pea colour is stunning, and the difference from the original is that it is whole veggies. But yours serve nicely in fusion cuisine. ขอบคุณที่ลองทาน ดูน่าอร่อยมากๆ
