Try the odd healthy cuisine at Oh Ka Ju, a salad restaurant in Thailand. Grilled tuna steak with sesame crust, served with avocado. It looks nice and healthy, yet still odd. 😂😂⚡️

If you want healthy, black sesame seeds are an excellent source of antioxidants. The whole seed is typically better for you than the processed oil form. I just had a 1/2 tbsp in my shake (along with black cumin, flax, and chia seeds).

Normally I do a half-avocado with milk in the morning / or curly kale smoothie / or berry smoothie with banana. Tbh your recipe is interesting , supplements with antioxidant. Do you have any recommended supplements (not a vitamin capsule ,I 'd love natural one like yours)
