I'd like to introduce the simplest Thai food, Rice soup, which have been influenced by China. These dishes are usually eaten with Khao Tom. Khao = rice Tom = boiled Khao Tom = boiled rice / rice soup Eaten in every household and city late at night, there are even more rice soup shops in different provinces. Some people eat it after drinking, while others order beer at the rice soup shop.
