It’s not whiskey on the rocks but coffee 😉 This morning I visited a specialty coffee cafe and tried a cup of this lightly roasted beans from Peru. Interesting experience, they explained a lot about how the flavours of coffee would change when it’s hot, warm or cold. I loved the flavours over ice the most :)

I totally agree with u , that taste will be altered by temp. Actually I love warm one aroma and taste will be balanced , sweeter when temp is cooled. But with iced one I actually like just reminded one thing , its sweeter but less aroma.

wow that’s exactly how it tasted! this one was particularly more acidic and I usually prefer the opposite but it was a nice experience hehe 😊
