People can be greedy and take more than they can actually eat( eyes bigger than belly comes to mind) and food is expensive and to be honest food waste is terrible, for one thing it’s expensive & once it’s on their plate they cant resell it so it’s wasted. So yes charge.

It's a combo of: 1) Protein has a higher thermic effect of food vs carbs/fat so trendy for weight loss 2) Muscle protein synthesis for strength training 3) High protein snacks don't cause the blood sugar rollercoaster effect of simple carb snacks
