It was 71 degrees today at the hottest, I spent 5 hours running on the Appalachian Trail, the wind was blowing, the miles came easy and I am now tired but so grateful to be able to move through the mountains. 

Vibes = incredibly high today. ✍️

How can wiser systems cultivate wiser people, and vice versa?

Dude it was such a good run yesterday. One of those runs where you stave the bonk off properly, and every time you start a climb the wind would just rip through the ridge. 

One of the nicer days I’ve had on trail in a long time.
