If the SEC denies the ETH ETFs on the illegitimate grounds that ETH is a security, and the price nukes, you best believe I’m going to bid the hell out of it.

But if I’m thinking this way, so are many others. 

Which means an ETH ETF denial is actually a *bullish* event.

Does no one hold the opinion/belief that on longer time scales, an ETH ETF results in complete protocol capture by major US institutions? Does this not matter?

Am I missing something here?
