The cheeky fourth-wall breaking antics and obnoxiousness of the Deadpool character are a really hard needle to thread. Felt like this movie struggled during the dialogue heavy chunks, especially at the start, but the action bits were fun. 

Good reminder too that “standing around talking about the plan” always feels like weak writing.
