yes, although I don't know how much it will improve with the new architecture there is a library called react-native-fast-image that improves image loading but it's no longer maintained

the old architecture had an async approach to communicate with the native code that could never match the performance of native apps, the new one eliminates this limitation and includes other performance improvements

yeah, I don't think you should remove the tutorial video btw, it could just be placed somewhere else, but those numbers should be tempting for potential users
