nativewind is acquired by expo? 

For performance, I tried few of them, not too much difference in user experience.

i have the most familiarity with nativewind, twrnc, and tamagui for react native styling libraries(other than just custom stylesheets)

i'd say optimize for speed & developer performance, if you happen to like the tailwind paradigms better then you should go for a fast tailwind tool(have heard that twrnc is rather performant)
