Install new software security updates on your Mac and iPhone asap. Just came today. New software update from Apple partially addresses the vulnerabilities. (Though there are hardware level fixes that might be impossible to fix on current devices). Also Chrome update to address SLAP + FLOP still pending.

Critical Fixes • Patched a zero-day exploit (CVE-2025-24085) in Core Media affecting iOS, macOS, and visionOS, actively exploited in older iOS versions • Resolved memory management flaws in AirPlay, ARKit, and WebKit that enabled cross-site data theft • Addressed SLAP/FLOP chip vulnerabilities in A15/M2+ processors exposing credit card data and location history through speculative execution attacks

Unresolved Issues • M2/A15-M3/A17 chips remain physically vulnerable to side-channel attacks requiring future silicon revisions • Chrome compatibility fixes for FLOP still in development • No protection for devices unable to update to latest OS versions
