Super interesting to see the sentiment on CT right now. Tons of negativity around NFTs. People forget that we literally started at 0 six years ago, and two weeks ago @base had over $44M in NFT mints. NFTs are clearly dead 😂

People are always bitter when their particular bags are down 80%-90%

NFTs are definitely not dead, but it does feel different than it did three years ago. Besides the lack of frantic hype and fomo around PFPs, there also seems to be less interest in collecting 1/1 digital art (though maybe your platform stats dispute that).

Yea I think the game has just changed. At the high end of the market there are a ton of traditional art collectors paying attention. It was November last year that MoMA accepted their first NFT into their permanent collection. I think the market for 1/1s grows slow and steady
