Six Seasons is by far the best cookbook I've ever bought. Recipes aren't hard and are exceptionally delicious.

I've never cooked a cookbook front to back but have done it with this one minus a few!

1. Celery, dates and almonds → best salad I've ever had
2. Green beans and pine nut vinaigrette
3. Fava bean pesto. Damn this is so good
4. Beets and pistachio butter
5. Lamb meatballs and couscous
6. Kale salad
7. Beets, pickled peppers and avocados
8. Little gem salad with lemon cream dressing
9. Parsnip cake
