People love that bike and it's usually a great value. FWIW it's better to get a cheaper bike (as long as the components are 105 then you're fine) but upgrading the wheels will make a larger difference than a nicer frame.

Depends what your budget is. IMO the best *carbon* wheels right now are either the ENVE 45 or Zipp 303s. Those will run $1400-1700. If that's out of your price range, then I'd try to get a pair of Hed Belgium+ with a good hub (White Industries, Chris King, etc.)
