Pumpkin Pie recipe that I LOVE - Prepare pie crust. - Mix pumpkin puree, sugar, spices, and eggs. - Add evaporated milk. - Pour into crust. - Bake at 425°F (220°C) for 15 minutes. - Reduce temperature to 350°F (175°C) and bake for 40-50 minutes. - Cool before serving.
