R u kidding us? 😆 girls are like girls! You are fit, but of course minimising sweets is good for health. Increase eating of protein and vegetables, add apple vinegar for better digestion of meat. Have only 3 meals a day. Use picolinat chromium and berberin. Pay attention to candida and other bacteria in Intestines. Be healthy and stay fit ❤️ admire you!
