4x reps @ a tempo of Explode up/ hold for 2 sec/ down for 2 sec with a 40lb DB (2 Rounds- that was 🌶️🔥)

Been so busy this week so i only did some home workouts and didn’t get the chance to do this earlier, but here you go.

44lbs weighted pull up, i had not done weighted pull up before, this was surprisingly tough in a way, cause it was hard going above the bar😭
