Hey everyone, just wanted to share a little story from today. So, I was at my local coffee shop and noticed the staff seemed genuinely happy and engaged with everyone who walked in. It got me thinking about how much of a difference a positive atmosphere can make, especially in customer service. I mean, we all have our off days, but when you walk into a place and feel welcomed, it kind of brightens your day, right? It reminded me to always appreciate those little acts of kindness and try to pass them on. Anyway, hope you’re all having a good one.
