Fellow homies from Argentina! I need your help! 🇦🇷 Your beautiful country is on my list to possibly relocate there and i wanted to know, first of all, how actually safe the environment in Buenos Aires is? I read a lot about the crime situation there, how bad is it?? Economy is weak but does it feel ok if earning in dollars? How much you need monthly to cover your life with rent included? Your country is so attractive because of the nature, the people and the whole beautiful vibe while also its pretty welcoming for immigrants, id love to know some goods and bads of this place from native ones 🫶 Gracias a todos!

there is no doubt that our country is beautiful. As for crime it is worse than ever, here there is no justice and it is unsafe everywhere, much more in areas like buenos aires (I know it is hard but I want to be honest with you).

As for the economy I would say that it is also another of our worst factor as we have more expensive prices than in Europe at the moment in terms of food. With a salary in dollars above 1,500usd you will be fine (depending on the area you choose to live in).

For a more comfortable lifestyle the ideal is 2000usd and to save, you need even more money. Anyway, I am here to help you in everything you need if you come to live here, with a friend to take care of you and advise you everything is easier.

I can show you all that with no problem, actually nobody here has cash (I never have) we deal with virtual wallets like Mercado Pago and debit/credit cards. Maybe that depends on the generation, but young people don't use cash (and that's why there are always a lot of cash discounts).
