You can collaborate with 3d animators. A 3d animator or 3d artist can rig your characters and prepare them for animation. 
Can your iPad software export models? If so, what formats?

Great! OBJ is the good format for 3D stuff. Can you send me the OBJ file so I can rig it up and we can check it out? Just a heads up, it'll only export the model (mesh) not the colors or materials and shayders
