In short, it uses AWS Nitro Enclaves and leverages the passkey as the way to decrypt the keys within the enclave. An end user can export their key as well. You can read the full thing here: https://docs.dynamic.xyz/embedded-wallets/passkeys#technical-deep-dive

Transparently as soon as a non-custodial wallet is created for someone, migration will always be a bit complex. You’ll need to essentially prompt a migration flow for users, either by moving their private key over or ideally just one click transferring all assets with some sort of gas sponsorship.
