Refund Process:
1. Send your entire Chicken Pass NFT balance to the Chicken DAO treasury wallet: 0x86Da0C014B4725b04E0E2eEd6650A039F7b3512f
2. Receive CHICKEN coins in return, plus an additional 5% based on the peak price from the snapshot date.
