Finally got around to trying Apollo Bagels. Pretty solid, but more like a sourdough bread open sandwich and less like a bagel…which makes sense bc their whole gimmick is crispy sourdough bagels.

Apollo bagels is not good. Apollo bagels is an amazing business expanding supply where there is demand of fish on bagels. They don’t even advertise sourdough anymore. 4 locations now. Money. But Leo is much worse for it now
