Ingredient:

• 4 eggs

• 1 cup sugar

• A little vanilla

• 1 cup milk

• 1/2 cup oil

• 2 cups flour

• 1 tablespoon baking powder

• 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

• 2 cups grated carrots

• 1/2 cup walnuts

1. In a mixing bowl, beat the eggs, sugar, and a little vanilla on high speed for 5 minutes.

2. Add the milk and oil, and mix for an additional 30 seconds.

3. In a separate bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, and cinnamon. Gradually add this mixture to the wet ingredients, folding gently with a spatula.

4. Next, add the grated carrots and walnuts, and mix gently in a circular motion with the spatula.

5. Pour the batter into a prepared baking pan and bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (350°F) for 40 minutes.
