Switzerland is the only country in the world that can evacuate all of its citizens (114%!) to underground safe rooms, whenever an emergency occurs. There are more than 300,000 strong and secure shelters, all of which can shelter a total of 8.6 million people, compared to the country's current population of 8.3 million. 
It is an amazing security system that Switzerland has created for its citizens, and it is very rare in the world.
