I cooked vegan "black caviar" yesterday evening, and I want to say that I was very pleased with the result. The taste is very pleasant. It's delicious with grain bread, hummus and caviar on top. And I really love simple recipes: nori, soy sauce, chia seeds and water!

4-5 tablespoons of chia, ~ 150 ml of water, 2 tablespoons of soy sauce, 1-2 tablespoons of linseed oil (I used olive oil) and ground nori, the more it is, the tastier)
