Mediocre investor observation: the truly “founder friendly” VCs demonstrate this through their actions large and small. For example, in audit season, one of my favorite investors sent a pre-filled form that I just needed to review, sign and date. *chefs kiss*

Other VCs — take note. This is much more founder friendly than having your auditor send a blank form that is just slightly different enough that I need to manually review and update it with data you already received 😑
