Tip allocations, the Airdrop 2 leaderboard, and airdrop claims are all back up and running!

Not good unfortunately. Everything should be fixed on our end, but we've had timeouts from the Neynar data source, out of our control.

We're going to discuss how to fix this once and for all this week.

Unfortunate news but timeouts with @neynar are causing issues whlle updating the datasets required to calculate your allocation in @dune.eth 
there is no use in rerunning the allocation query until that is solved
