I think people are using too much words/jargons to explain content coins. It's just web3 social posting. Instead of posts being on the web, it's now on a blockchain (new kind of web) and can have monetary value. To my understanding. Also, coining content isn't minting as non fungible token. It is fungible. You do not get the image, you get part of the token. The content isn't meant to perform by itself. The more it resonates with people, the more value it holds and the creator gets rewards for creating the token. Content coins are not art or NFTs. They are just posts but coins because you can earn rewards in the form of crypto currency. The purpose is to move everyone to the new web (web3/blockchain) where ownership of your content is the goal. Unlike the normal web(2) where nothing is owned by you and where you do not necessarily earn based on the popularity of your content.
