it was a bit of a long day due to a transition class… i almost skipped the workout because i wasn’t feeling it, but hey, you can’t skip the first day of the week..🤷🏻‍♂️ as soon as i stepped into the gym, i felt great and got into it. the hardest part is always taking that first step… once you do, everything else flows smoothly, like butter 🧈
