Exciting news!

@pichi will be our first featured artist of Artober!

I’ll also be releasing a few other things tonight.

One is a suggested framework of how each day will go. 

It’s suggested because the artist is really in the driver’s seat. They can choose to follow it or do something else. 

We’re just here to listen, learn and engage with the artist. 

The second thing will be a poll of the top 4 nominated artists. This poll will decide Sunday’s featured artist. It will also decide the next two featured artists plus the alternate in case one of those three artists is unable to participate. 

I understand there are many great artists that were nominated that are not as well known, so we’ll need to figure out a way to incorporate some lesser known artists into future features. Something to ponder.

Update: @pichi will be featured on Saturday, 10/5 and @jacque will be featured on Sunday, 10/6

@push- and @deriniti will be our featured artists for 10/12 and 10/13. If they want to trade days, that's up to them

After that, it gets pretty interesting. @yonfrula and @n7160 both had 5 nominations, and @degen-chad and @anemale.eth both had 4 nominations

We have a few choices
-Feature one artist per day Thursday through Sunday
-Feature two artists per day Saturday and Sunday
-Have a poll to determine which of two of the four artists are featured Saturday and Sunday

I want to reserve the final weekend for everyone else that was nominated, which there were 36 others.  Perhaps we feature several artists each of those days, Thursday through Sunday. I know there are some really great artists on that list, many of whom you just don't know yet

I'm pretty much thinking out loud here. Looking for your feedback
