If you’ve got a whoop there’s a FC whoop group full of people competing for consistent refreshing sleep.

did this for years, up at 4:30, but recent few years have wrecked the habit for me. CT didn't help lol Similar goal for myself for this year.

Ever since doing this, my whole quality of life has improved dramatically. College-self would not have believed I’d be in bed consistently by 9pm πŸ˜‚

Since Covid I’m like 9:00-9:30 up at 530 pretty easily. Feels good though winter darkness was a bit rough.

Give it 2 to 3 days and nights, and you'll get there. Daily workout in the morning would be perfect if you have the time. If not, just find a "window" throughout the day. It will help with the early sleep hours.
