i want to get into warp debt just to see what happens

how else does one get out of warp debt beyond buying warps with fiat and what abuse prevention is in place so someone doesnt get effectively attacked

also whats the impact of being in warp debt is it anything more than simply you cannot pay for things in warps or is there more consequence beyond that?
