has anyone else noticed that alcohol consumption has been on a downward slope the past few years? everyone i know stopped drinking and decided to go sober

i still get a beer from time to time but lately since tracking sleep - sounds basic - but tbh it messes my sleep up big time - and lately sleep is my non negotiable - so prob gonna limit to just a couple days a month i think 

also sobriety is nice bc you get to be honest about how much fun ur rly havin ✨
