Thinking of spending the next 6 months in San Diego. Anyone have recommendations on places to live and what I should be aware of?

are you renting? all room and board prices go up here in summer; hotels, airbnb, etc.

I’d try to lock down a place asap. This month is the beginning of tourist season, and july is when the best summer weather starts and everything is just busy and booked up.
