How do I get the power badge?

1. Cast enough stuff that people with the power badge find interesting enough to engage with.

I worry that step 1 might incentivize people with the badge to ignore people without the badge, making it harder for them to get the badge.

I mean this is empirically not true. New people get the badge every week.

i think it's naive to assume all PB holders act ethically/fairly here. PB holders can simply not engage with someone they don't like and maintain status quo, and that seems very not-decentralized.

Now, were them some metrics in place that showed how likely a PB user is to reply/respond, that would be more transparent
