Place your hands flat under your chest like a push-up. 3. In one fluid motion, push up and bring your back foot to the center of the board. 4. Follow with your front foot, placing it near the nose. 5. Keep your knees bent and weight balanced. Remember, practice makes perfect. Hit the beach, try it out, and let the ocean be your guide. 🌊🏄‍♂️ Hands down, one of my top travel memories has to be the epic surf trip to Teahupo'o, Tahiti! Those waves are no joke, but the adrenaline rush you get riding them is unmatched. The crystal-clear water, the local vibes, and the sunsets that paint the sky in colors you can't even describe. Can't wait to head back there soon with my surf coach to chase those perfect barrels again!
