I have never used your work to create my collection. My character Missy was minted for the first time on November 15, 2023 https://objkt.com/tokens/KT1LM1qzfayRgEkEjGQpp74ubQRxu5oZzXrW/0. The concept of magazines/magazine covers is widely used in the NFT art world (and it's been used in ages). Here are a couple of examples of pieces: https://objkt.com/tokens/hicetnunc/727482 (both works from 2022) and https://objkt.com/tokens/KT1GwMHBCemnNnLZnY9HDdKGtBJEqvQwNZQg/0, which are collections I appreciate and have collected. I was probably inspired by your work too; I consume dozens of artworks every day, and it’s hard to remember everything. If it's an issue for you, let me know, but before accusing, maybe ask for clarification next time. What exactly do you think I copied? That 'enjoy' is an emotion, or that I used a blue ball (enjoy logo) for my character to sit on?
