Homebuyer conditions for US consumers plummeted to their lowest level in history The index of buying conditions for houses fell to around 30 points which is below the previous low of 40 points in the early 1980s.

Looks like there was almost a recovery and then it fell hard again - wonder if this was the delayed effect of rate rises? 🤔
