spent Sunday evening prototyping a “Pay with Warpcast” frame. pay IRL with warpcast wallet. to get paid: Specify an amount and generate a qr code. Show it to the customer. to pay: scan QR code. the address, merchant name and amount show up automatically in the frame. just hit Pay. this avoids the hassle of: - telling the customer how much to send - choosing the right chain - finding the right wallet app still a poc but if deployed the customer should be able to scan the code with the native camera app and deep link to the frame directly. the connected FC account also opens the door for personalized messages, rewards programs and other crm

always wanted to build such IRL use cases. I have some questions ser: 1. What else does the merchant need to set up? 2. How do the merchants access their received funds?

1. Depends on their needs, this is enough to receive funds for a super minimal set up like a 1 day pop up. But if they’re running a POS already they’ll probably want some integration 2. Funds go to their specified address so that could be their warpcast wallet, their coinbase address, etc There’s definitely work to be done building out those areas so that you don’t really have to think about wallets and crypto to use that money for the business
