Before we debate, let it be known that there are two types of bak kut teh Non claypot: this is the OG Klang bak kut teh with gravy. ie Ah Her at Klang Claypot: this is served with soup, mushrooms and taufu. Also sometimes dry, fried. ie Four Eyes at Klang, SS14 Subang
