Well as you said body language can be very helpful but it can’t always tell you whom is telling lies or true things.the best way to recognize the life is to ask them for evidence and if their evidence are exaggerating, too much or you face lack of evidence then the probability that something is lie will increase ￼

Cold and silence face on the surface but having a creative and overloaded brain on the depth.

I am a psychiatrist so let me tell you sth. you can't be sure about someone's eyes if they are telling the truth or not,but if you show symptoms of anxiety like too much blinking eye rolling, or something with the hands like twitching then the possibility will rise I suggest you watch "lie to me"series it's helpful ￼
