Looking for recommendations to spend ~3 weeks of travel outside of Europe in September. Our last trip was to Vietnam and we really enjoyed a good combo of - visiting some cities - walking/hiking through nature - chilling at the beach - good food Where should we go next?

New Zealand is a cool place to visit for all of the above, not sure about the weather in September though
