Jobs to be done has pros and cons, it's -an- approach, not -the- approach. It's very tactically focused and can create massive blind spots and could/should dilemmas.

I agree in the sense of what is the jobs to be done versus what is the problem you are addressing. +1 on pros and cons. Have failed at the prior.
