Blender, definitely. The best part is that it’s free and open source. It’s also fully capable of handling anything you need 3D software to do. Plus, it has a very active community of devs and users, so it’s never hard to find help or even to get feature requests implemented.

For example, someone reported, as a joke, a “bug” that they couldn’t make pottery in Blender because using the sculpt tools on an actively rotating object was slow and choppy. A Blender dev published a fix the next day. https://www.blendernation.com/2021/08/23/sculpt-mode-now-supports-pottery/

Ty! I’ve been researching a bit and trying my hand at some tutorials. Think the selling point for cine 4d was an easier learning curve, but you can’t beat free and open source
