Update on this: the HR person followed up with me yesterday, profusely apologetic, accepting responsibility for the SNAFU, and asked if I would come back for another interview.

Thinking of a nice way of saying “lolno, I’ve already seen too many red flags.”

Haha, I don’t want to divulge too much that might identify the company and inadvertently put them on blast…

But the more research I did, the more I learned that the place is bristling with red flags, including an explosion and a fire that recently happened at this prospective job site. Nope!

Tbh that might be a mistake. Maybe give them the benefit of doubt? 

Interview anyway, keep all options open?
